Deep Water
"I love a sunburnt country, A land of sweeping plains, Of ragged mountain ranges, Of drought and flooding rains, I love her far horizons, I love her jewel sea, Her beauty and her terror - The wide brown land for me."
We don't live in Queensland, but there is heavy rain all along the eastern states, so everyone is alert for flash flooding. It is a disaster of truly mammoth proportions.
I haven't posted in detail about it mainly because I don't know where to begin, and it's evolving by the hour.
I've been thinking about you. I hope you and your friends and family are surviving this disaster. It really looks awful from here.
ReplyDeleteThank you tnlib.
