Some days ago a 17 year old boy, here in Australia, hit his head on the pavement during an altercation and died shortly after. A tribute page was arranged on Facebook. That page was then defaced with hateful messages by one or more unidentified trolls.
In reading about this act of pure malice in the news, I and probably most other people assumed it was likely just some local scumbag who defaced the site, but it turned out to be something far more systematic and further afield than that.
This, my friends, is what lurks in the far Right, and what makes them feel 'powerful', and represents their true nature.

Hi Sue,
ReplyDeleteI cannot accept that it will never go away.
If these people have a political manifesto that preaches violence against their fellow citizens based solely on who they are as people, then as far as I am concerned they fit the bill of a terrorist organisation and should be dealt with as such.
